Now don’t get me wrong all religious people are complete idiots, without the ability to think for themselves. However one group clearly has the lead in stupidity, the Muslims.
The word islām is derived from the Arabic verb aslama, which means to accept, surrender, or submit. Thus, a follower of Islam must agree to be a simple puppet submitting to whatever he is being told, from his clerics or holy books.
The problem becomes clear when the holy book is authored by an individual that can only be described as: an oppressive warlord, murderer, bigot and a pedophile. You don’t need to be smart to understand that you have found the perfect prescription for pain chaos and suffering.
The results of this stupidity grab headlines every week, like the resent stand off in in Islamabad’s red mosk.
A handful or morons, that actually believe they have the knowledge and right to imposing their interpretation of gods will on millions of people, created a meaningless blood bath after terrorizing people for months on end, beating up women without burkas, destroying music cds and countless other obscene meaningless acts of intimidation and violence.
I cant help to compare Islam with other oppressive organizations and governments that where wholly convinced they had the right answers and that everyone else was wrong.
I only hope Islam continues this approach so that the rest of the world starts to detesting it like it should be, alongside. Pol pots regime, Stalin, the Nazis, Rowanda, the KKK, etc.
These monotheistic atrocities followed many of the same principles as Islam, and soon the entire world will detest Islam the same as they now hate the KKK. (apart from a few crackpots of course, that supports such stupidity)
One day soon proclaiming to be a Muslim will be be compared to proclaiming to be a Nazi, Islams radical elements are in fact digging the entire religions grave. (good riddance)
After all what sane person would want their child to be associated with images of death, terror, fanaticism and pain,,, not anyone with brains at least.
The only thing that can delay the shift is the inbreeding that flourishes in Islamic countries, that generates generation upon generation of stupid sickly and weak offspring. That drags this stupid iron age philosophy along with them

Thats the main point, isnt it? It was MADE for tyrants. Heck original judaism was created by people who used it as a governing tool. Originally it was religiousity, not a real religion. ( Meaning it was a way to force people to obey, but didnt have any spiritual aspects at all. )
Spreading abrahamic religion is like littering the streets with guns, you may be right, that if people would not pick up and use these, there would be no problem, but they are bound to do so. It takes just one looney who takes belief to the extreme, or someone just looking for a tool, and you got another tragedy.

He was speaking about organised religion and i wholeheartedly agree. The emphasis here is on “ORGANISED” meaning church authorities, a system set up not for the sake of actual faith or spirituality, but for a pretty much earthly and materlialistic agenda.

Why is it that people like you keep claiming there is no God but yet have no solid proof that there is no God . Okay , suppose Islam is wrong , Christianity is wrong . What is right then ? Where is the proof that God does not exist though ? Now , just don’t place the burden of proof on religious people . You also have a responsibility to prove what you claim . We can always say that we have personal experiences et al .That is our proof but it cannot be experienced by you . Can it ?
So ,where does that lead to ? The burden of proof that rests on you . Religion is not the problem . The people who twist religion for their own selfish needs are the problem .

There is something fairly simple that all of you fail to understand (and, from what I believe, was the original purpose of Escaped Mental Patient’s post): religion is a corrosive, delusional force in the world, and while Islam leads the pack in this regard, it is by no means alone.
Attempts to ask Muslims to view their religion with a critical perspective are usually met with sputtering, emotional meanderings of an increasingly heated nature. Eventually, the question is shifted to a defensive posture that asks that critical reasoning be applied to Christianity and Judaism in return (which are perceived as more “Western” religions). Naturally, these two other religions have a history that is bountifully tarnished with war, murder, hypocrisy, torture and irrational rules (manners of preparing meat, etc), which are shared characteristics with Islam. In part, this has to do with Islam’s only real recognition of its fellow “religions of the Book” as legitimate, as well as some confusion with criticism coming from the West, the West being largely Christian and Judaeo-sympathetic, and therefore, criticism from Christians. This is misplaced.
This misses the entire point: the specific problem is not Islam, Christianity or Judaism per se–it is the existence of and adherence to prespective, organised religion as a net WHOLE that is problematic, damaging and terrifying. This goes to all of you people who believe in sacred texts written by ignorant humans as opposed to divine message, creationism over evolution, and that passage to heaven or hell (which, if they exist, are more likely to take the form of ineffectual theocratic government offices than anything else) passes through how one eats which meats, and how much and what kind of sex one has.

What I do not understand is how these Islamic extremists (I prefer “nutters” but extremists is fine) came into being – which mass murdering f**khead suddenly decided that somewhere in the Quran it says “strap bombs to yourself and blow up the World Trade Center (twice, in 1993 and then 2001), Glasgow Airport in the UK (2007), London buses and trains (2005) etc etc”
I know all the Muslims claim that they are “retaliating” for US and British involvement in foreign affairs, but I’m pretty sure that there are better ways than blowing people up – that gains no sympathy from anyone and makes people hate Muslims even more – also, why are Muslims so damn annoying, they moan about EVERYTHING – they come over to the UK in there millions and every month you hear how another “Aziz al Jihad Mohammed has blown something up with 6 of his stupid mates” – and they wonder why people feel anti-Muslim feelings. They moan that they are being repressed if we as a CHRISTIAN WHITE COUNTRY do not respect their foreign ways – if 2 million British people went over to a Muslim country, say Algeria in North Africa, and demanded that all the British crucifixes were accepted and moaned about everything, the Algerian people would just laugh!! Why should they have to accept the wishes of second and third generation foreigners just because we say they should?? It makes no sense, any of it, I just wish that if Allah is real (which he clearly isn’t, nor is any God – let’s be honest, what have they done for YOU recently?!?!?!?!) he would cleanse this world of this growing plague of humanity that is the Muslim faith.

Of course, they did not just come back . I did not mean that . However, that was the only land they had to go back to when they were fleeing oppression . The moment , the percentage of Jews in Palestine reached around 40 percent or so , the Arabs revolted. I am not supporting the Jews but they had to go somewhere. Now , you will say , why go there only and not go anywhere else. Where else could they go ? Europe was not safe for them during those times , the Americans took some of them but not all of them . Where else could they go ? And if the Palestinians ask this question , why did the Jews come to only their land ,they can also be asked, why do they want some particular parts. Won’t their Arab brothers take them ? There are countries like Kuwait , Bahrain and Saudi Arabia . Why not take their brothers in ? They already took them in a few numbers but now are quite weary given the fact that some Palestinians colluded with the Iraqi occupying forces in Kuwait after they took over Kuwait .
What goes around comes around . It is nice to be proud at times but not stupid . That is exactly what the Palestinians are doing . They have no food to eat but still have weapons . Hell , they even fight against each other . Hamas versus Fatah . And , when Israel gave them chunks of land in Gaza and the West bank , they now want parts of Jerusalem . Why not just settle with what you got ? This is exactly what Pakistan did . They got Pakistan but now want Kashmir . These Muslims never are satisfied. I am not talking about all Muslims.
What do you mean they are assimilated Jews. No one can be an assimilated Jew. You are either born a Jew or you are not . You cannot become a Jew or maybe you meant something else .
Of course, I would take revenge or try to if my family was harmed et al and that is why I think what Israel is doing is not going to help in the long run . Violence breeds violence. I am not supporting anybody but here the Palestinians need to learn they are weak and be happy with what they got and stop thinking about Jerusalem .
Do you know that Israel bombs Palestine and then gives those people aid ? Not that it is so great but if the Palestinians hate them so much , why take aid from people who are out to kill you ?
So , if you are weak , you are lucky to have got what Israel gave you . Not that what they did was right but they are mighty. Stop fighting them and be happy with what you got and make the most out of it . Don’t think Allah will help you because he won’t .

First of, they did not come “back” becosue they have not been living there for the last thousand years. 90% of Jews in Israel were imigrants, something the arabic population saw as a threat, and as we can see now, with good reason. Not to make exuses for them or anything, i am sure if they had the chance, they would have done the same to the Israelis, what Israel is doing now to the Palestinians.
But that is the point, the Jews are in no ways better as the Arabs in that regard. Its David against Golitath, true, but Goliath is allready on the ground, blind, with broken legs trying to kick and punch in all directions, crying in anger, while David is still beating him with a flail.
The palestinians are beaten, they are just too stupid and to proud to get it. But its not those still figting that Israel is slowly choking to death, no, its inoccents, the civilian population who is only still there because they have nowhere else to go, people who have been living there for the last thousand years ( Many of them are actually assimilated jews themselves. ) and now their existence is destroyed, their homes are bulldozed, or bombed, their children shot, their water taken away, and the only thing they are left to cling to ( Which is at the same time their dowfall ), their religion demonised.
Tell me matt, that you wouldnt take a bomb or a gun yourself, if you came home, and your home would be no more, your wife dead, friends you know shot or arrested and then the goverment wich did this would even deny their ever existed. Tell me how you could remain calm and rational after you lost half of the people you know, lost evrything you worked for your whole life, and on top of it, the World would call you a terrorist, simply to belonging to the nationality you born into.
Becouse this is exactly how two out of tree Palestinian terrorist come to be.
Take the recent attacks by Israel, there are about 360 palestinians dead, most of them civilians. And how many dead isrealis? 4. You know, after this, i kinda dont buy the idea that Israel is the victim here. Its just natural that people who are forced in the corner leash out.
Of course in the end, all this talk means nothing, the palestinian resistance means nothing too, they only help the Isrealy govermnent speed up their plans of ethnic cleansing.
To the palestinians i would say this, while my simpathy for your suffering, ultimatly, your resistance is useles, your attempts of fighting back are utterly futile, you only kill other inoccents in the end, and helping your real enemies. My advice, pack what little you have left, and leave. If the bombers dont get your house and family, the bulldosers, or the soldiers will. Get out of there, and never look back. Israel will choke you all to death, and neither fighting, neither hiding in the basement will save you. Get out of there, while you still can, and while you still have something to live for.

Of course, I get your point . It was their land and then someone tried to divide it . However, remember that the British ruled most of the world including Palestine and when they left, the suggested division just like they suggested division of India and Pakistan . We agreed to it because it was better at that point .Not that it solved all problems because then Pakistan also wanted Kashmir and everyone knows that the Pakistanis have always been the aggressors . Now , let me come back to Palestine . Jews kept coming to what is Palestine and their numbers increased. They kept coming in droves , many to avoid being killed in Europe . When their numbers increased, do you know that there was an Arab revolt and the British did not allow any more Jews to come and because of this , Jews died ?
Then , many Palestinians complain that they are not accepted into many countries and they suffer because of this when this is just what they did or forced to happen ? You conveniently forget all this , right ? The Jews had nowhere else to go . Many ask why did they come to Palestine and nowhere else ? That is because their ancestors were there long back . That is the land they identified as their own . So , when the British agreed to divide it and the Israelis accepted, the Arabs did not . I am not supporting anything but the circumstances were different . All this did not happen in a day . It was not exactly like one country coming and invading another country and then dividing their land .
Another thing is that the Arabs especially the Palestinians need to accept the fact that they are no match for the Jews. So ,why fight them ? I mean they were given the Gaza strip and the West bank . Now , they want Jerusalem too just like Pakistan wanted Kashmir wanted it too . If you are weak , at least , take what you got , and try to develop economically and stop blaming others for your pitiful plight .
This is what the Arabs are doing wrong . Some may contend that the Palestinians are not Arabs but they are . Check it out for yourself .
Now , about Christian terrorists ; The numbers are too less and their acts are mostly never serious to attract attention . Are you saying if Christian terrorists bombed places and killed scores of people like the Muslim terrorists , there would be no coverage even if the western media was biased ? There are many fundamentalist Muslims in the developed world . They are few in number and that is what is stopping them and also the fact that they would be firmly dealt with . Do you know a Muslim man shot a guy at the EL AL air counter in the USA even after the Sept 11 attacks ? So , the moment such people get opportunities, they will do what they want to do . Do you see how hypocritical are some Muslim leaders. The leader of the Hamas who stays in Syria sipping hot tea and wearing suits asks his followers in Gaza to attack the Israelis . Yeah , he has the right to say so . I am no supporter of Israel nor am a supporter of the Palestinians . But , the Hamas kept firing rockets. Do you know that way back in 1947 or 1948 , the Israelis agreed to dividing Palestine but the Arabs did not? The same thing that stops Christians, who pretty much behave like in the middle ages of Euorpe on less developed parts of the world. A good exemple on how Christians and Moslems behave when unchecked, is not europe or the united states, but the middle east, africa and south america.
The truth is, none of these religions changed a bit, they both represent the same violent hateful and unjust ideology, its just that more sophisticated people dont follow them.
